Fast-growing Japanese greens with a mild, peppery flavour, slightly stronger than Mizuna. The long, smooth-edged leaves grow in dense clusters and are delicious in salads and stir-fries.
Best usage
- Sow from February-September and plant out in April.
- Plant in full sun or partial shade.
- Grow in containers or use to fill gaps in vegetable beds and borders
- Harvest leaves up until December.
